The flat shaped heart slice used to make this pattern is a custom made styrofoam heart shape made specifically for Ada Quilted Creations. Its size is 11 cm (4.33 inches).

I was also inspired by a specific folding technique from “The Ornament Girl”, used in one of their monthly kits / ornaments (Empress Acorn).
